We had an amazing time at this villa. The host, Prisca, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She provided us with all the necessary information and even helped us arrange transportation to our next destination. The villa itself is spacious and well-furnished. We loved that we could prepare our own meals in the kitchen if needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, with supermarkets and a pharmacy just a 1-minute walk away. The beach is also easily accessible, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. a fantastic experience.

The service was exceptional, with breakfast ready for us every morning and the room being impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-equipped kitchen to the inviting terrace. We felt right at home during our stay. Despite some small issues such as a hazard in the door jam and intermittent water and power supply, we would still choose to stay here again because of the warm hospitality and the overall comfortable experience. I highly recommend Casa Carlotta for a wonderful stay in Nungwi.

The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals, saving me money on dining out. The private entrance added a touch of exclusivity to my stay.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the walk-in shower. It was a bit small for my liking.

Great location close to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and had new beds and private bathrooms. the staff was friendly and provided reliable service. the kitchen was well equipped and there was even a blender. the terrace was inviting and a great place to relax, especially when it was raining. the conditions at the hotel were good with a European accent.

There were some issues with organization and staff behavior. there was a lack of communication about room availability and we had to make a last-minute change.

It had a cozy seating area and terrace where you can just kick back and relax.

Personally, I found the wardrobe in the villa to be a bit small for my liking.

The villa at Casa Carlotta & Villa in Nungwi was absolutely amazing! The room had a cozy seating area and a terrace where you could relax and unwind. As someone who loves to sing, I particularly enjoyed the karaoke sessions in the living room. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The only downside for me was that there was only one bathroom with a walk-in shower. But hey, I understand that some people might not mind it and it definitely didn't ruin my overall experience.
